At De un Amor, fees are based on an initial level-of-care evaluation and fixed for the first year of residence. After that, we re-evaluate the level of care our residents need on an annual basis and may change rates based on the most current evaluation.

A separate fixed fee for incontinence supplies reflects our costs.
